Over on OK! Magazine they touch on how she looked pretty good on How I Met Your Mother, compared to what she had looked like over the last year or so. They estimated that she lost about 15 pounds in 4 weeks, and according to the infamous “sources” close to the Pop-Star-on-the-mend, they say she’s good at losing weight pretty quickly.
What her camp hopes to do is to generate her focus on a long term plan for her health that she can stick to.
Apparently she used to use laxatives to lose weight (eww!), but now she’s replacing bad snacks with better protein snacks or small meals. She’s even stopped frequenting Starbucks as much.. no, not quit, that is one heck of a habit to quit, but she has cut back considerably.
On top of her diet, she’s working out with daily dancing sessions at L.A.’s Millennium Dance Complex.
From the sounds of the article, Britney is on the right track, and the long term right track. We can only hope.

I hope that the majority of the material has some sense of reality.. We’ll see.
