Britney gets Berated, then Mocked in Fun!

Jack LaLanne and Britney SpearsOver on People.com, Jack LaLanne is saying he’s feeling sorry for Britney because she needs to develop pride and self discipline, and to stop sucking lollipops. He says we all have to take responsibility for ourselves and the things that happen to us and the only thing we can blame on our parents is bone structure and hair color. (Yea Jack, that’s why you’re asked if you’ve got mental disease in your family in certain job applications!)

As if being berated by Jack LaLanne isn’t bad enough, Britney is still facing that pesky ‘driving without a license’ charge that she got back in August of 2007 when she hit another car in a parking lot. Despite Britney’s legal guy asking for leniency, the prosecutor Michael Amerian refused to let her slide, quoting her celebrity as not being an excuse to let her skate on the issue. (Probably wants to make a name for himself.)

Here’s a sad note on the Paparazzi that brings up so many pictures as one photographer got beat by some other photogs so they could keep their optimal spots for taking pics of Brit.

Alison Silva told MTV News he was parked a block away from Spears’ home when three X17 photographers approached him and said, “You should not be here. Only X17 gets these shots.”, and then one of the photographers punched him and knocked him to the ground and the other three kicked him to the point where he passed out.

A witness said he heard one of the attackers say, “Let’s go f— him up” and saw one of them get a metal tube from his car.

Now X-17 says the photogs are freelancers, not employees, and according to the police, the 3 assailants have till Monday to turn themselves in, when arrest warrants will be issued. They be in a world of trouble and if what the witnesses say is accurate, this kind of behavior should rewarded in kind with severe legal remedies!

On the lighter side of life, How I Met Your Mother is not Britney’s only TV appearance ans she was also in Southpark! Southpark did what Southpark does, and that was to mock her situation. If you want to see a write up of the episode, go check out eonline.com.
