A Video From Britney
Britney Spears has released a music video that uses animation, and casts Britney as a superhero in a futuristic world with bombs and robots. The web page hosting the video is at BlackoutBall.com and to view the video, you need 2 “secret” words to get into the site. At first, this kind of ticked me off.. only because I didn’t know the words.. but after much sleuthing, I’ve discovered that the words are ‘danger’ and ‘victory’.

Rumor has it that that video has from sort of time or guest limit, so you may wish to hurry. On a side note, I wonder how many detractors are going to bash the idea of Britney being an animated persona? I pose this question to them: While you’re busy bashing, tell me how many folks want to cast YOU as an animation?

A TV Guest Appearance and Some Angst?
In case you haven’t heard, Brit is doing a guest appearance on an upcoming episode of the CBS sitcom “How I Met Your Mother“. Spears will be playing a receptionist in the scene.

There are other rumors that Actress Alicia Silverstone was going to play her boss, but when she found out that her gal pal brit was going to be on the show, she bailed.

Silverstone’s “people” say that Alicia cut her appearance on the show before she knew Britney Spears was coming on the scene, saying they were in discussions, but the studio and Silverstone never closed the deal.

The Costs of Keeping Your Children
Remember when I mentioned how Brit’s first husband of 1 day, (here), or how ever long that connection lasted was saying how Britney doesn’t want her kids?

Maybe he should have looked around first before trying to get his extra 10 minutes of fame, because if that was true, then why has she spent nearly a million dollars on legal fees in her child custody battle to date? (BTW: This is one of the reasons there are objections from her legal team on her paying half a million dollars to ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyers.) Which makes me wonder, with all that’s going on, does Federline have a job that brings in money besides the money he gets from Spears for child support? dOh!!

Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan throws out the mystery fog shroud of lawyer speak and says the case is unusually complicated and all the billing is legitimate.

Some Legal (Stupid) Stuff
Jon Eardley, who is the lawyer that continues to claim that he represents Britney, despite not being hired by her, (What is this, Homeless will Work for Legal Fees??), has contested the court ruling that puts her dad in control of her assets and estate until July. (When will this guy quit wasting all our time?)

He’s now saying that Britney was not given the 5 day notice required needed when the “conservatorship” was granted. … (Silence with crickets in the background….)

Oh, OK, let’s give someone who is supposedly being drugged against her will, controlled by outside forces and was on an emergency sanity watch a legally required notice. That would have gone over well.

I’m tired of writing about stupid stuff, but you all need to know, so there it is.
