Britney Gets Threatening Mail and Dad Contests Legal Fees

It’s being reported that Britney Spears is receiving letters and packages of strange content.  Strange enough to prompt concerns and for her ‘camp’ to hand over the items to law enforcement officials for investigation.

LAPD says there is not official investigation, but are reviewing the allegations and the FBI, when asked, replied that they cannot comment regarding ongoing investigations.  (msnbc)

According to one post under the San Francisco Post,  Britney’s father is fairly agitated at how the legal fees for accrued over her and Kevin Federline’s custody battle.

More specifically, of the $1.1 million bill, Jamie Spears is contesting billing from work done for the last 5 months - $500,000 from Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, and more than $600,000 from Britney’s representatives Trope and Trope.

(How do people sleep at night charging that kind of money!?)
