A 2nd Visit for Britney Spears.. and trolling Lawyers

Britney got to spend more time with her kids yesterday, again.  It’s been reported that Kevin Federline is trying to work out a schedule where the kids can see their mom more, but he is a bit skeptical about about having everyone have too much time, too fast.  Yet he’s happy everyone is getting the quality time together.

This all seems very healthy for everyone so far.

Britney Spears’ father, Jamie and the lawyer who thinks he represents Britney, traded barbs Monday in the fight over whether James Spears is violating Britney Spears’ civil rights by controlling her finances and life.  (And here we thought Britney was losing it)

The attorney John Eardley, told the AP he thinks he’s the “only person who represents Britney Spears,” [Koo-koo for cocoa puffs?] filed documents in federal court asserting that Britney is being held in a situation that violates her civil rights.  (I guess if you count state enforced convservatorships to protect her from herself and the worm Lutfi, then he’s right.)

James Spears’ lawyer filed papers Monday saying that Eardley cannot represent the singer because a state court probate judge found that Britney Spears “lacks the capacity to hire an attorney, and Mr. Eardley cannot remove the conservatorship proceedings on his own behalf.”

As we all remember, Britney and her estate were placed under a temporary conservatorship after she was taken to UCLA Medical Center on Jan. 31, her second hospitalization in a month. Conservatorships are granted for people deemed unable to care for themselves or their affairs.

Eardley noted in his rice paper attack that, “Mr. Spears has now moved into her house and has taken control of her financial assets, as well as her physical custody, all without the benefit of a hearing where Ms. Spears would be present,” he said.  (You mean like Lutfi allegedly did, but without the controlling narcotic mixers?)  Eardley said that Spears has never been on good terms with her father and said he was “concerned for the emotional and physical safety of Britney under these circumstances.”

Yea, he’s only concerned with his moment in the spotlight and making more money, hoping she approves of his legal reaching in the event he’s even 10% right…  I’d say gimme a break, but if Brit really does hate her dad’s intervention, this may all pay off for the shark bait.. I mean lawyer in the end.
