Kevin Wants Britney to See the Kids But …

Kevin Federline is having the legal brood of law book slingers look into the premise of having Britney Spears see the kids again, now that she’s under the care of her family. Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline’s lawyer, explained that Kevin wants to reunite Jayden James and Sean Preston with their mother.

But after a court visit today, no changes to her visitation rules came out of it, so she will still be allowed phone visitations with her little ones.

While we’re on the subject of lawyers, Britney has a new one.. lawyer that is. Her name is Stacy Phillips and if that name sounds familiar, she once represented Bobby Brown in his bolt for marital freedom from Whitney Houston. On the down side, the courts say that once the conservatorship ends, she can choose her own lawyer at that time, if she wants. This means that Ms Phillips best do a great job if she wants to survive this trial representation period!

In regards to the motion filed by Jon Eardley last week in regards to moving the conservatorship and custody hearing to federal court, has been resolutely denied. Commissioner Scott Gordon said that the motion has no bearing on the custody case. (That’s federal-eese for “Nice try at your stupid try for notoriety fool.”)

On yet one more stupid stab at a legal motion …. Hey, I just had an epiphany - Are these legal buffoons just filing motions to pad their bank wads? Sorry, where was I? Oh yea, her legal team had requested a “news blackout” on Britney Spears. Yep, let’s put a cap on freedom of the press guys. Well, don’t worry my trusty readers. A family court commissioner rejected this request saying it’s not the court’s job to protect Britney from the media.

Face it people, if Britney’s people want to keep the media away from her, I’m thinking qoing out to eat all the time. I’m not saying become a hermit, but for crying out loud people, quit griping about the media if you keep going out into it. It’s ike whining about all the water in the pool while you’re swimming.

And then there’s when they are out. The most recent coverage on TV was showing Britney clinging to the new securityBritney Spears Silly Poses staff while they were out in public, showing her talk with a british accent and some other outlets are showing where the Brit is showing off her nether regions, yet again.

I’m trying real hard to understand that she’s got a problem, but with pics like this, while she’s grinning doing it makes me wonder what’s up. She can generate quite the media buzz, and income for many gossip rags. Is she on retainer? I don’t know, but let’s hope for the best folks.

    i think that maybe britney should get to see her kids but someone has to be with her when she does. And maybe she should be lefted alone with them

    i think that maybe britney should have to stay in rehab casue she is SO WEIRD. i have to do an report on her and she is so messed up that it isn’t funny
