Britney Goes Shopping and News of a World Tour to Boot

Britney Spears ShoppingToday we see Britney Spears out shopping with her mom today over at TMZ (Photo captured from TMZ) And here’s hoping she bought some things without the holes in them.

Meanwhile, PETA, never missing a moment to shove themselves in the middle of the spotlight, sent a letter to Britney’s parents talking about studies that showed people with hidden dairy sensitivities (a very common condition) can worsen cases of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. (TMZ) Sooo basically what they’re sayin’ is that EVERYONE can be bipolar. I recognize there are vegetarians out there, but exactly how do you sort out the details from the noise on this one?

PETA recommends beans to help with her problems. Great, bring on a new one… Oops, I did it again!! phffft…

Holly Scoop says that Brit’s present lawyers want out. That we knew. But they’ve added a new piece of information to the issue: They’re p****d off that Britney’s dad wants her old lawyer Laura Wasser back and they’re tired of not being able to communicate with Britney.


Speaking of the law, the new “Britney Law” that’s coming down the pipe in Los Angeles got motivated by the $24k spent escorting her in an L.A. City ambulance to the hospital. If you saw the pictures, you know that pap’s got every where in the road, blocking traffic, creating nuisances and what not. I am no fan in how they go about their business. It’s one thing to get the pic, and sure, you can make $500 to $1,000 a pic depending on what you get, but you need to respect the rest of the public while you’re doing it.

The Britney Law, created by L.A. City Councilman Dennis P. Zine is a proposed safety zone set up around celebrities, hospitals, traffic, businesses, and homes. Additionally, it creates the necessity for all paparazzi get licenses. (LOL.. I love it.) If any papsmear violates the boundary, their license gets revoked, and they lose the money they would have made on the photo. (Holly Scoop) [Niiiice!]

On a great note, Brit is teaching children’s dance classes at the Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood. Her second session is scheduled for Tuesday nite (the 12th). It seems she is a familiar sight at the complex as she’s taught there before and has been a client for over 10 years. Reportedly, the little tykes who fortunately can’t read or have a predisposed perspective about the girl, had a blast being taught by Britney as they went through their routines. (MTV)

I don’t know whether to believe this or not, but it’s being said over on ShowBiz Spy that she’s planning to go on a world tour, in part to get away from her bad influences. They only quote “sources” and a “U.S. Paper”. I was skeptical so I started scouring the web and came up with a post over on MSNBC. (Sorry to doubt you guys over at ’spy.. I need to confirm things to feel good about them.)

The world tour is taking her newest album “Blackout,” to the international fan base. Check out all the fun details over at MSNBC.,or NY Post.

That would be great news if indeed this pulls her back into reality, single minded and back on track. The last time she tried to get back on track didn’t go so well, and the negative backlash may have very well pushed her faster into the abyss she’s recently been dangling in.

    Its good to hear at least a little good news coming from the Britney camp…sounds like Brit made a good dance teacher.
