Simon Talks About Britney Performance

One of the most “judgemental” people in Hollywood, American Idol ’s Simon Cowell , had some things to say about Britney and her VMA performance. Here are the quotes from Idolstalker.com.

“She wasn’t ready for that show in every possible way,” Cowell told the Sun. “The song wasn’t right, the image wasn’t right and she just wasn’t rehearsed.

“The problem she has now is that she could have killed her career. It’s difficult to come back from that performance, for a while at least.”

Earlier that week, the whole judging panel of American Idol claimed that they want to really bring Britney back. This is what Paula Abdul, Randy Jackson, and Simon Cowell had to say.

“We have decided we can bring Britney back,” the normally caustic Cowell confirmed. “We are serious. We plan to buy her underpants, get her bigger shorts to perform in and get her away from her stupid friends.”

“MTV ratings are up and all we’re hearing is Britney, Britney, Britney!” Simon said. “She can turn it around.”

“We always have time for Britney, we love her,” added Paula.

“We’d love to take care of you Spears!” Randy roared. “We will make you a superstar again!
