According to TMZ.com, attorney Gloria Allred has informed the judge that there is a secret witness who wishes to testify at the hearing on September 17. The judge was told that the witness is “intimidated” and concerned about revealing their identity. Although the gender remains unknown TMZ was told it is a male witness.
