The ex-husband of Britney Spears has really taken the gloves off during this custody battle. Apparently, Kevin Federline has sent a subpoena to Promises, the rehab facility where Brit Brit stayed earlier this year. “They are pursing all relevant evidence from every potential source and every available witness, including witnesses who might actually believe they could succeed in becoming unavailable,†a source told PerezHilton.com. When Kaplan was asked, he said “They will not succeed.†The court appearances are set to begin next month - ouch!
